Background trickle ventilators can be built into the head bar of the opening or dummy vent fixed light windows to meet current Building Regulations. By incorporating the vent through the head bar, there is no addition to the sightline of the window section. The external canopy can be polyester powder coated to match the colour of the external aluminium section cladding. The internal vent includes a T-bar which deflects air up and down and has a compression closing action. The exposed faces can be polyester powder coated to a colour to complement the selected timber. |
The air flow of our standard 400 mm vent (using a TV90 HF 442 Canopy and a TV4000 HiLift 4000 EA 400 ventilator) is 4000 mm². Slot size through timber frame head to be 173.5 mm + 20 mm bridge + 173.5 mm x 13 mm high. Other ventilator lengths and free air flows are available upon request. |
